The BLOOM Treatment Path

Begin your Journey

After your treatment plan and program is determined and agreed upon, your ketamine assisted therapy (KAT) program will begin.

Determine a Treatment Plan

Once we receive your referral, you will be scheduled to meet members of our healthcare team and work together to find the best treatment plan and program for your needs.

Get Referred

If you think ketamine-assisted therapy is right for you, book a Discovery Call to start the referral process. Alternatively, meet with your Family Doctor or psychiatrist and complete the referral form which can then be faxed to us.

  • "My experience at bloom has been nothing but amazing! I’ve never felt more heard and valued throughout my experience. From everyone from the front desk, counsellors, nurses and psychologists have always been able to assist me in anyway they could. I am truly grateful and thankful for my experiences and the ability to walk along some throughout their journeys as well. Thank you!"

  • Discovering Bloom Psychedelic Therapy has provided an immense relief for me as a psychologist, because at times even our most intensive efforts to help our clients, including trying various alternative therapies, can plateau. I have witnessed first hand immense change and profound relief for clients who have undertaken Bloom's psychedelic therapy and it is wonderful and humanizing to know this option is out there for those suffering the most. I will not hesitate to continue to refer to, and sing the praises of, this amazing clinic and the work that they do.

  • "This place saved my life. If anti-depressants have failed you time and time again, and you're running out of options, ketamine therapy is something you really owe it to yourself to try. For me, it wasn't a permanent cure, but it turned my bad weeks into bad hours/days. It gave me the tools to navigate through the rough times that I have and while life is still not all roses and sunshine, it's a lot more bearable with the skills that Bloom gave me. The staff at Bloom are absolute saints. Constantly giving of their time and energy, and for the first time in my life I actually feel like my therapist truly cares about me. I know it's expensive, but I cannot recommend Bloom enough. But you get out of it what you put into it. Prepare for some hard work on your side, but the Bloom staff will be right there with you on your journey.

  • I found myself in an unanticipated circumstance where I had the financial means and life-schedule flexibility to commit to full exploration of therapy involving psychedelics. From a patient and pharmacist perspective I felt comfortable with Bloom business and research practice regarding medication safety and patient collaboration within their services, so proceeded to commit to this self-care journey. My doses of Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) were initially and ongoingly determined through discussion at the weekly Bloom care team rounds considering optimal treatment options for me from their own healthcare provider perspective, as well as in consideration of my feedback provided after each psychedelic experience (strong patient-centred care). The distribution/dispensing of ketamine through a licensed community pharmacy for Bloom to administer to me also increased my confidence in the overall safety of this psychedelic journey. The administration of ketamine was always done by a healthcare professional at Bloom (reducing risk of error), and in high dose sessions I as a patient was in full control of whether I proceeded with my 'booster' dose or not. In addition, there were healthcare professionals there monitoring my physical journey (checking vitals) in every session to ensure my safety and well being. These elements of Bloom practice align with the standards I feel are essential in providing great patient care as a licensed pharmacist, but also resolved my previous hesitancy as a patient related to "lack of control" perceptions that are rumoured to be associated with psychedelics in general. KAT taught me how to truly "let-go" of things that were holding me back by working to confirm what it was I was unknowingly holding on to (and why) - I have zero regrets regarding my experience with Bloom, and wish I had completed KAT sooner.

Who We Help

Our clients are individuals who have struggled with their depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns for a while. They may have tried a number of therapies and pharmaceuticals to help manage their symptoms with little success.

Ultimately, our clients often feel like they have tried other routes and nothing has worked.

Our team of registered mental health therapists, which includes practitioners from both psychology and social work, offers both Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) programs and traditional therapy.

Our in-person Ketamine Assisted Therapy program is the fastest track to help you reach deep breakthroughs and address the root causes. Combining the power of therapeutic techniques with the neuroplasticity and neurogenesis promoted by psychedelic medications, our aim is for you to move forward and thrive towards living a full life.
